1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Digital (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through the Innvortize Track website and services. We aim to follow Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply. Our Terms of Use are here: Terms.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, company or website, role and password (stored in hashed form).
• Business and payment data: billing and tax details, payout details you give us, and invoices.
• Tracking data: click IDs, IP address, device and browser type, country, referrer, time and conversion events.
• Usage and technical data: log data, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.
• Communications: support requests, demo enquiries and messages.

3. Our role

For account and billing data, we decide why and how it is used. For tracking data collected through offers, advertisers and affiliates decide what is tracked and we process it for them. They are responsible for giving notices to, and getting any needed consent from, their own visitors.

4. How we use data

• to provide and run the Services, including tracking, reports and payouts;
• to detect fraud and abuse and keep the Services secure;
• to support you and send service messages;
• to improve the Services;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting duties;
• to send marketing messages if you agree (you can opt out at any time).

5. Consent and lawful use

We process personal data with your consent or for uses the law allows, such as carrying out our contract with you, meeting legal duties and keeping the Services secure. You can withdraw consent, though some features may then stop working.

6. Sharing

• Advertisers and affiliates: only the data needed for tracking and reporting on offers they take part in.
• Service providers: hosting, email, analytics and payment partners, who must protect the data.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.
• Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, data may move to the new owner.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies and similar tools

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure use and attribute conversions. You can control cookies in your browser, but blocking them may affect some features.

8. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period the law requires for financial records or to handle disputes. After that we delete or anonymise it.

We use safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and if a data breach affects you we will act and notify as the law requires.

10. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or make a complaint. Write to us at business@innvortizemedia.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

11. Children

The Services are not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Transfers outside India

Some providers may process data on servers outside India. We take steps to keep the data protected as the law requires.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the new date above. For material changes we will also tell you by email or on the platform.
